“It's not super close to the tourist/restaurant scene but it's a beautiful hotel. The bed is a bit hard but all else was good. The whirlpool tub was nicely private though quite a bit of road noise in the early evening.”

“We had an excellent couple of days’s stay here. The room was clean and well appointed. The air conditioning was phenomenal for Mexico! It was easy to find and the whole place overall was delightful and full of character. It is just on the east edge of town which can make walking into Valladolid proper a little hike, but still easy to manage. Plus, because it is on the outskirts there is no noise.”

“We booked last minute after we had checked into an awful airbnb that we had to abandon. They were flexible & took such good care of us! We sent our laundry out for a minimal fee & had a delightful breakfast at the restaurant. This is a quaint & lovely property!”

“We stayed in the 2 bedroom and it was fantastic. Exceeded our expectations. The hotel is a bit outside of the hustle and bustle of the city but still close enough to all the action. I was super impressed with the small built in ACs that chilled the whole house in the humid heat. There were sweet and thoughtful touches throughout. Shower had amazing pressure. Pool was a bit small but quaint and well cleaned grounds. Staff was kind and attentive. Our only complaint was we didn't get to stay longer.”

“One of the better Hotels my wife and I stayed at in Mexico from Australia. Very beautiful tropical gardens, pool area, drive through safe parking and rooms that suite the elegance of the hotel. Bathroom clean. Resturant onsite is typical pricing for standard provided. We opted to stay here to visit Chitzen Itza and a few cenotes and even found the time to visit Las Coloradas (pink lakes & flamingos). We had a car hire so distance to central was no concern.”
